Sometimes, I think abt characterisation of people based on their motion...Quick and sharp walking are almost always synonym for dynamic people....Am I right? What is your opinion?

I like it very much white and soft like cotton....I was abt 60 min driving from Rijeka in hill region..It was like a paradise...

RAINY DAY in LOVRAN
This photo was taken in early October in Lovran....My attention was occupied by this yellow boat...It was so quite and without wind, which is rather often situation when it is rainy day.....If you look on the bright side of life, rainy day is as nice as sunny, but if not, only small step can bring you to melancholy and depression....

LABIN, again
Yesterday we were in Labin on, Bike Marathon...I was there, just as a companion not as an active participant...Bike Marathon has 2 official race tracks, ROAD and MTB and both of them were 50 km long...There were people from many parts of Croatia, but also from Slovenia and Italy....It was rather exciting to take photos in the beggining of the race , and after 50 km....I think that I would be proud of myself if I could be after 2 or 3 hours behind the finish line...

"GREETING TO THE SUN"
I enjoyed in Zadar, specially on the place where is Sea Organs and "Greeting to the Sun"....I think I would spend many time to relax my soul there, if I live there but, unfortunately I don't.......
After the world-known Sea Organs, Zadar has become wealthier with one more urban installation. On Istarska obala, at the very end of the Zadar peninsula, next to the famous Sea Organs, shines the Greeting to the Sun made by the same architect Nikola Bašić.
The Greeting to the Sun consists of three hundred multi-layered glass plates placed on the same level with the stone-paved waterfront in the shape of a 22-meter diameter circle. Under the glass conduction plates there are photo-voltage solar modules through which symbolic communication with nature is made, with the aim to communicate with light, just like the Sea Organs do with sound.
Simultaneously with the „most beautiful sunset in the world" the lighting elements installed in a circle turn on, and, following a particularly programmed scenario, they produce a marvelous, exceptionally impressive show of light in the rhythm of the waves and the sounds of the Sea organs. The photo-voltage solar modules absorb the sun energy and then transform it into electrical energy by releasing it into the distributive voltage power network.
It is expected for the entire system to produce around 46.500 kWh yearly, being, actually, a small power plant from which energy will be used not only for the Greeting to the Sun installation, but also for the lighting of the entire waterfront.
This energy will be three times cheaper than the actual one, and the project itself is a unique example of connecting the use of renewed energy sources, energy efficiency and city space arrangement.

ZADAR
I was in Zadar from October 21st-24th because of some Symposium....A few photos and some info about.....
Zadar is the centre and the watershed of the Croatian Adriatic. Placed on the Mediterranen diagonal of Europe and on the Adriatic-Ionic joining point, as close to the Croatian metropolis Zagreb as to the rest of the cities is in constant natural and circulatory communication with city Ancona on the Italian side of the Adriatic. It is made well-accessable by high-quality and comfortable road, air, see and railroad travel. Rich in attractions, exceptional in material and spirutual culture, strong in sailing, original in tourism, it is well developed and special.

BAKAR
Bakar is a small city (about 6000 inhabitants) south of Rijeka at the end of Bakar bay. It is an important and natural port with long tradition (which is one of the reasons why such small palce gets city rights, otherwise city is defined as that with more then 10000 inhabitants, only if special historical or other reasons make exception).Bakar was granted coat of arms to gether with civic rights in 1799 by Empress Maria Theresia. In modern Croatia, Bakar was formed as community in 1992/93 and was upgraded to civic status in 1997.
The town consists of two parts namely the Grad and Primorje. Grad is the old part of the town and retains the old world charms amongst its museums and ancient structures. While Primorje is the new section of the town of Bakar. Primorge is the new section of the town. It is tucked towards the coastal region.

WEEKEND in GORSKI KOTAR
Gorski kotar is situated in the west part of Croatia. From the north, its border starts at the source of Čabranka river and continues down the Čabranka and Kupa river courses to Zdihovo Bosiljevsko. This line also represents the historical state-political border between Croatia and Slovenia.
I was in small picturesque village called Stari Laz ("Old Laz")....and enjoyed in autumn colours

THEATRE
I would like to say that yesterday I visited a theater Croatian Cultural Home because of play "Tajbele and her Demon" written by Isaac Bashevis Singer. It was really special. First, we were sitiing (my friend Irena and me) on the chairs very close to the stage..that my comment was "ooh, dear, I feel like I am going to act now..." ..There were only 4 actors, 3 of them were men. The story is about love, lonelyness, sex, passion, desire, lies,deception....of course with tragic female end....We are (women) more sensible and vulnerable....BTW. the names in the play are jewish and place of the act is polish village in 19 th century....
